Friday, oh how I love thee. Even though it never means a weekend for me as I work most of them, there is an energy and a positivity radiating off everyone else that is so hard to ignore. It’s just so hard to not be in a good mood!
Friday also means Healthy Vegan Friday time which is pretty stellar. I mean, getting to peruse through a ton of delicious and nutritious vegan food is a pretty splendid way to spend a day!
We had 61 submissions last week! In case you haven’t seen the post or all the awesome submissions, head on over to check it out.
For those of you who don’t know, Healthy Vegan Fridays is a weekly blog hop hosted by myself, Carrie @ Carrie on Vegan and Katherine @ Green Thickies . it is a place to share your healthy vegan recipes that make use of whole ingredients and minimize the use of processed and refined foods. The recipes shared on this link up are intended to emphasis the beauty, creativity and benefits of a healthy, plant-based diet!
A great little discussion on the potential budgetary pitfalls when following a vegan diet and some budgeting tips. I can’t wait to follow Chastity’s journey and hopefully learn a few things from her. I could sure use a little extra money freed up from my grocery bill every week…
This whole site looks like a great resource for those embarking on an anti-candida diet. This post in particular talks about when you can start eating quinoa on the plan and links to cooking tips and recipes.
Amber took vegan cheesecake to a whole new level with these buy actually culturing it using vegan yogurt! So cool! Plus I mean, how gorgeous are they and the flavour sounds epic!
Now for Healthy Vegan Friday #36!
