We like to eat grilled vegetables with pita bread, salad and falafel. A light and simple meal. This dressing bursts with flavour. A combination of just the right amount of fresh garlic and lemon with yoghurt.
The dressing is made with fresh garlic crushed in a pestle and mortar, olive oil, soy yoghurt, lemon juice, salt and pepper. You can add herbs to the dressing if you like.
