My daughter says this dish makes the kitchen smell like falafel. Sauteè all the ingredients in a pan with canola oil (koolzaadolie). I use chickpeas (kikkererwten) out of a can, leek, celery, mushrooms, garlic, coriander, cumin and salt. Garnish with chopped flat-leaved parsley. Quick meal to make and we love it. Can be eaten warm or cold.
