I’ve never really made doughnuts before. I always figured I would need some sort of mold, but the batter for these babies is thick enough to form the shape with your hands! You can also make regular brownies with the following recipe, but these are just way more fun :)
1/3 cup canola oil
1 cup raw sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Grease and flour a cookie tray.
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients. Form the dough into small doughnuts and place on your cookie tray.
