Flax N' Oats Crackers

  • 2 cups of oat flour
  • 1/2 cup ground flax seeds
  • 3 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon molasses
  • 3 teaspoons ground thyme
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Combine all ingredients in a food processor or stir thoroughly, using your hands once the dough becomes too thick to stir.

Roll the dough into a large ball and flatten it on a floured surface, rolling it out to about half a centimeter in thickness.

Cut the dough into squares and bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
