Fitness Friday has returned – yay! It’s been a while, and I’ve missed it! I’m got some sharing to do today (some reviews). Hopefully this post won’t be too too long – just hang on – you’ll want to get all the way to the end, I promise.
So what fitness have I been doing lately? For about the past week (and up until at least Easter - I have a dress I need to fit into, lol) I’ve been doing T-Tapp and some Oxycise. I made out a little weekly schedule [I'm a person who loves planning and so I enjoyed coming up with the schedule...let's see if I actuall follow it!] (click to see larger)
I realize that probably makes no sense to you, lol, but I’ll explain and, if available, the links to the moves [just in case you are actually curious]: each day, I’m doing some stand-alone T-Tapp moves: AL () once, OIP () once, TTN () three times, HD () three times, and some days DD () once. Then BWO+ (T-Tapp Basic Workout Plus), SATI (T-Tapp Step Away the Inches), and LB Floor (T-Tapp Ladybug Floor portion) on other days. [If you want to be see an amazing T-Tapp result video - check out] Honestly, I didn’t get everything done the past week, but I did do enough – I mean, I’m feeling it and I feel really good about what I actually did. And this next week, I’m going to try to follow it even better! But listening to my body and knowing when a sore back or aching legs are good and when it means I should probably be careful is most important to me. But I’m not letting that be an excuse. No siree. In fact, I’ve been sporting this bracelet from Endorphin Warrior for the past few days, and whenever I look down at it, it encourages me to keep going – don’t give up – you’ve got this!
Something else that may seem silly, but I’m enjoying? Being able to wear this shirt from InkNBurn :
I was sent this (in the size M that I chose), and since I’m pretty much clueless when it comes to how some running tops are supposed to fit, I wasn’t sure if it was good snug or bad snug. But I basically didn’t feel comfortable in its fit enough to be seen by anybody, so I took that as it’s too snug I was considering exchanging it for a large, and actually meant to, but it got hung up in the back of my closet and I actually forgot about it for a little while (woops!). But I pulled it out a few days ago, and it fits much better!
I chose the Cherry Blossom Tech (it is in their v-neck option)
This company has lots of unique running clothing – their colors and patterns are not at all average or boring!
Here is the description of their tech tees/the company:
The INKnBURN Tech shirt cut begins with the athlete in mind. Our tech-shirt fabric is a super lightweight, breathable mesh made from 100% wicking soft poly. Our unique process enables us to get beautiful, vibrant images that you can see but not feel. It also gives us the freedom to create shirt designs you won’t find anywhere else on the planet.
As a bonus, you’ll never feel an annoying tag rubbing on the back of your neck while wearing an INKnBURN shirt. That’s because the “tag” is burned into the inner neckband itself. Clever, eh? We think so.
Bottom line, the design, fit and feel of our INKnBURN performance tech shirts are second to none. Just ask the growing number of athletes who are wearing our shirts and enjoying our unique style, superior construction and design — from runners to martial arts practitioners to golfers to tennis players. Our shirts have even been spotted on the well-sculpted backs of mixed-martial arts (MMA) fighters. Simply the best tech shirt on the streets, trails, or in the gym.
INKnBURN is composed of a small group of mavericks and rebels with a deep-seated addiction to innovate, create and constantly improve. We got our start designing shirts that endurance runners could wear for 100-mile races and still stay comfortable and cool — and look cool, too.
All INKnBURN apparel is manufactured in the USA (Lake Forest, CA). We love what we do, and hope that you’ll love our stuff, too!
Check out their their offerings – spice up your running wardrobe!
Well, I promised you’d be happy if you made it to the end of this post…..
