Last night I made my family falafel and salad. They are fairly healthy eaters compared to the general population, but could definitely use to increase their intake of alkalizing foods.
For the falafel I combined chick peas, onion, garlic, cumin, raisins, dried basil, chilli powder, organic stock, olive oil, and sea salt. I rolled them into balls and baked them on a low heat.
My salad combined spinach, and asparagus, broccoli, tomatoes, and carrots cut up into small pieces with olive oil and fresh lemon juice,

I served this meal with humus.
