Emotional

This is going to be a quick post because I'm not feeling too well. I'm not sick or anything but it's been a crazy day and I'm so emotionally drained right now.
Breakfast was Blappleberry Oats (oh these names are so fun to come up with!). I used 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup ricemilk, cinnamon, allspice, 1/3 cup frozen blackberries, 1 chopped apple, 1 tbsp wheat germ and 1 tbsp White Chocolate Wonderful PB. Fabulous combo if I do say so myself, you might be seeing this more often!
Mid-Morning Snack was an Apple Cinnamon Yotta bar. Might as well be called a Yucka Bar! It was pretty gross. Not unbearable but really dry and you could for sure taste the vegetables. I love me some veggies but not in chunks in a sweet snack bar!
Since it was a late start day, I get out at 12:30 so I always need fast lunches to satisfy my hunger. Today I just heated up a serving of Moroccan Lentil Soup and had 2 slices of ezekiel on the side for dipping of course. So flavorful and comforting. It's finally warming up here too! I'm hoping for an early spring, groundhog- shmoundhog! =P

Later eats consisted of PB Puffins, an Amy Sammich, and an apple. Nothing too exciting. Again sorry to keep it so short but I'm going to go watch Gossip Girl...hopefully that will make me happy after this horrendous day.
