We've been kind of busy so I didn't keep a food journal for these days but I did pretty good. I did have dark chocolate covered raisens and a pop tart yesterday (I had a weak moment) but other than that I've done great!
I made chocolate peanut butter cups last night. The reciepe comes from the book "The Kind Diet". They are so good! I even crushed one up and put it on a banana with some flax for breakfast.
