This is a simple soup to make. Cook cauliflower, some potato, a large clove of pressed garlic, and one or two onions in a pan with vegetable broth (bouillon). Add curry to make the soup spicy. Make it a little spicier than you want it to be because you will also add cream. Blend the soup in the food processor. Pour a vegan creamer (I used Oatley) in the soup and add the grilled mushrooms, pepper and some parsley. Your soup is finished!
