I hope you’re all having a great Monday. Despite falling asleep at too late o’clock, I awoke at 6.30am and was wide awake! Can you believe it! Anyway, I was kinda cosy so I threw on a hoodie and moved myself onto the sofa, where I read and drank blueberry green tea to my hearts content. There’s something lovely about being up before the sun
Anyway, once I finally managed to shift my butt from the sofa, I pottered around the flat for a while, moving objects from one room to another and not really achieving my goal of tidying the place up! Aware of my failings, I donned my running gear and headed downstairs to the gym, where I busted out an 11miler of average pace 9.14mph. I was a sweaty betty when I was done! I love a good run!
On opening my front door, I was greeted by a parcel….my face broke out into a big smile as I knew what was inside

After my run, I was feeling energised and bounced down to my hairdressers for highlights and a re-style. My hair now smells like fruit salad and my head feels lighter than air After a booty shaking zumba class, I came home to make an “Oh She Glows” inspired dinner – buckwheat noodles with creamy avocado sauce and a simple salad. I modified Angela’s recipe as I was out of basil, adding a little tahini just because I love it with noodles. I always love how avocados add creaminess without the cream!
