If you’re craving something savory like Savory Oats, salsa is definitely one of the key ingredients.
Made with tomato chunks, Pace Salsa is awesome as toppings.
I love to eat salsa with many things: oatmeals, mixed with beans&corn, mixed with brown rice, or just plain with “chips” on the side. Another great way is to dip those raw veggies in!
Here’s my recipe:
1 cup Pace Picante Salsa
1.5 cup garbanzo beans
1.5 cup black beans
fresh chopped herbs (cilantro is great!)
Mix it all up and top your grain base (this could be brown rice or quinoa!!!)
It is so simple and easy recipe that you can use for busy days. You CAN eat healthy even with super busy life!
