I made two different version of Katie’s Breakfast Sundae . Sorry for the blurry pics, these are taken with cell phone since my camera takes FOREVER to upload =’(
Number one: Voluminous Oatmeal with whipped cinnamon topping and bananas.
I made regular oatmeal on stovetop. Then added in mashed Kabocha squash to the mixture plus LOTSA cinnamon. Then lastly, I added the bananas on top. Voila! It was super filling and YUMMY!
Number two: Vanilla Mousse Berries Breakfast Sundae
I made Five-Minute Mousse using vanilla extract and silken tofu. I added in various berries which included goji berries, goldenberries and mulberries. I also did not forget to put cinnamon!!! )))
I hope everyone is enjoying their wonderful weekend. I am having a blast with my friends at Catalina Island at the moment. (yes, I scheduled this post to go up on Saturday!)
