To make it you need garlic, sesame oil, tahin, shoyu sauce, ginger, five-spice, cumin, coriander, and a little maple syrup (ahornsiroop) to sweeten the dressing. Wonderful with noodles.
Lemon coconut tofu:
Cook slices of tofu in coconut milk. Add Asian spices like curcuma, cumin, coriander and a vegetable stock powder to taste. Be generous in what you add to this sauce so that the tofu can really absorb all the spices and stock. To achieve a lemony taste add lemon juice, two kaffir leaves, and a piece of lemon grass. Also add fresh ginger and a slice (or more) of hot pepper. Let the tofu cook and absorb the ingredients.
