I would check to see what is available in your area. I like Nature Made or New Chapter, but there are others. I have never tried the under the tongue, but I would imaging the delivery on those is superior to pills that you swallow. Just don't pay for a "B complex" because you really just need the B12 if you're eating healthy.
Also I just read that almond milk has 50% RDA B12 in 1 cup.
It is, but from the litereature I have read "Forks Over Knives Suppliment Book" by Dr Campbell and "Plant-Based Nutrition" by Julieanna Hever, it is recommended as a safety net. B12 is not stored in the body, so a suppliment can't hurt as long as you don't over do it.
haha yeah, ive been doing a lot of research on how I can get all the things carnivores believe we will never be able to get again haha! thanks for the tip, I've never been a huge fan on taking suppliments (but i like how you split them) I will have to look into that!!..what are your opinions on B12 fortified cereals? I heard that is a good option as well...
Ah..you've hit on the one argument made by carnivores! In olden times, we got our vitamin B12 from the earth eating veggies that were not "scrubbed clean" by machines. But in today's world, the urban vegan needs her vitamin b12 suppliment. I take 500 mcg/day (I buy the 1000 mcg and split them).
