I purchased the Nutrisystem meals, but not very consistant in doing it. Mostly, I substitute the lunch item with salad. I add tuna or grill chicken with my salad. I think I've lost more lb eating the veggies. I eat very light dinner and deligently drink water.

Hi, I run and walk regularly, but I just started the weight training 2 weeks ago. The idea is to loose some pounds and build strength and muscle. For now, I gain more and my whole body is achy. When do you think it gets easier and I can see the result? I am trying to loose 15lbs.
