Greetings, I'm a Stanford staff member who is also the mother of two young boys. Just keeping up with them requires a lot of activity on my part. Since having children, it's been a challenge to find time for physical fitness. However, I'm of the opinion that people make time for what is important to them. And as my health is important to me, I've been working out during the lunch hour. Although I'm not able to do this everyday, my goal is to find time at least three times per week.
