Hey, Im no expert but I would say this is perfectly normal, he's a baby and your the most important person in his life its only natural that he would connect the 2.... love and marrage !! Maybe he sees your BF getting your attention and thinks that they are the same thing. I think its strange that your BF thinks any different. I would not be worried !!
