Yoga

I would like to take a class that would help tone my body as well as strengthen my upper body and abs. Can you help me out?

I'm interested in taking the class about 2-3 times per week during lunch, do you have any classes available?

Hi Susan,

We offer yoga classes for all levels. Yoga I-II and Yoga II would be a good class to build strength. Once you graduate from these classes you can move to Yoga II-III. We offer Yoga I-II during lunch on Thursday from 12:45 - 1:30 PM. You can check out our class schedule here: http://www.yogaforlifedilworth.com/index.html
