San Diego restaurant review - Ranchos Cosina

Posted by Sarah M.

Ranchos Cocina
1830 Sunset Cliffs Blvd., Ste. H
San Diego , CA 92107

If you are looking for a healthy place to eat a delicious meal in San Diego, give Ranchos Cosina a try. Ranchos Cosina serves healthy Mexican food from 8am to 10pm every day. The atmosphere is enthralling, the cusine is delcious and restaurant is truly concerned with your nutrition.

There are more than enough options for vegetarians and vegans at Ranchos, but meat-lovers will enjoy it as well. The scrambled eggs and tofu makes for a perfect breakfast, while the vegan tempeh tortas are a perfect option for lunch. The restaurant uses a variety of new and healthy foods such as tofu, tempeh and even "soy chorizo". They also have a variety of seafood entrees including lobster and calamari steak. And your health is important at Ranchos Cosina. They are very willing to make healthy substitutes at your request, such as no sour cream on your burrito, or vegetables instead of Spanish rice.

Ranchos Cosina is a fairly inexpensive restaurant and the quality of their food is fabulous. The restaurant is only a few blocks away from the pier, which provides for a perfect evening walk after a romantic dinner.

Rancho Cocina is one of my favorite restaurants. They have a beautiful outdoor patio and a huge menu.
