Is this an indoor pool, and can you swim just for exercise/not lessons?

I am recovering from foot surgery and cannot bear full weight on my left foot. Doctor recommended swimming for exercise and I am trying to locate an indoor pool to swim in for exercise while my foot continues to heal.

Hey Jeane,

Unfortunatley, Aqua Duks is just for private lessons. It is an indoor pool, and lessons for adults are available from 5:30pm - 7:00pm if you're interested in getting exercise while improving your technique!
