Do you think Kent and surrounding areas need another or more community or recreational facilities?

I am looking into opening a community center in this area that would be available to everyone. The fees will be based on your income levels. I will provide everything the Kent Parks and Rec offers. Is there anyone who sees a need for something of this sort?
