I am a father of 3...married 32 years to a Pilates instructor. I have raced in triathlons for 23 years..from Ironman distance to sprints. I do sports on television for a Fox Station in Cleveland, Ohio. I compete to better myself..I blog to motivate others and keep myself in line too.
