Hey, all you triathlon studs and studettes! This is another deep episode of ZenTri, starting off with an interview with adventure swimmer Bruckner Chase . He swam 28 miles across Monterrey Bay to raise awareness of our national marine sanctuaries. We discuss jellyfish, fear, the environment, and much more!
After that, we dive into the ZenTri training log and cover tons of training and Zen issues while you tag along with my training. I take listeners running with me straight into the heart of my own fear - running down a highway at night. We even have a special lesson on how to power nap as taught by a Karate Sensei.
