Video: Without Limits Racing gets ready to Escape from Alcatraz

Boulder, Colorado based Without Limits Racing, is getting to Escape from Alcatraz.

Three of the team's triathletes will be racing this weekend in San Francisco hoping to crack the top ten at one of the nation's oldest and perhaps hardest short course triathlons.

Roman Mica and sports photographer Peter Wayne caught up with the team in Boulder, Colorado as they prepared for the race at their weekly track workout.

While triathlon is not a team sport, more and more professional triathletes are turning to teams for the support and coaching team dynamics can provide.

The team's head coach is long time cycling and triathlon coach Neal Henderson of the Boulder Center for Sports Medicine takes them through a typical speed workout, and shares  some of his coaching techniques to help triathletes gain speed.
