Sit back and relax as we get you up close and personal at the 2009 Kona Ironman World Championships.

You have a first row seat to all of the race action from this year's race as we follow both Ironman Craig Alexander and Chrissie Wellington on their 140.6 mile journey as they swim, bike, and run into the history books.

The setting is the beautiful and cruel (if you are a racing triathlete at least) Big Island of Kona, Hawaii as almost 2000 professional and amatuer athletes take on the toughest one day race in the world.

So how did Craig Alexander repeat victory, and Chrissie Wellington Three-peat?

Take a look at the video to see the inside story of their triumphant wins.
