It was not all that long ago that Lance Armstrong was on the Big Island in Hawaii training. He posted a couple photos of himself on twitter, including one poking a bit of harmless fun at the Ironman athletes who were riding up and down the island training for the Ironman World Championships that are help in Kona ever year.
But according to Chris Carmichael, Lance Armstrong's long time coach, Armstrong takes his first sport a bit more seriously than the photo would suggests, and plans on racing the Ironman World Championships before he retires from professional sports.
