So this is going to be a super busy week for me... in triathlon training... that is!
*Getting ready for the Rev3 Half Full 70 Triathlon by continuing to build up the mileage on the bike and run... for the swim I'm at the mileage where I need to be!
*Getting ready for the Virginia Triathlon Series Culpeper International Distance Triathlon which takes place Aug 4... the day the Women's Triathlon will take place in the London Olympics! Trying to taper while building up mileage is not easy... so I think I'll skip the TAPER since this is a B race!
*Planned training... over 15 hours this week... 3 swim days... 4 bike days... and 3 run days... what am I doing... training for an Ironman... NOT YET!
*Getting ready for the big Going Green Two Mile (Road Runners Championship Series) Track Meet which is set to take place on Aug 10! Two miles isn't that far... but on the track... its a FOREVER kind of distance! Looking and not looking foward to it! This is my last real good week of long track workouts before I step it down a notch!
