That's right...training is hard. We all train so that we can race, but training week in and week out and waking up early 7 days out of the week (6 on select weeks) is hard. Having a long ride staring at you every weekend and a long run every weekend is hard.
It's hard, but you've gotta do it.
So this weekend there will be no long ride or run unless 56 miles followed by 13.1 is long. And there will not be 7 mornings of getting up early this week...there will be 5 though.
For the time being, I am going to enjoy a near 48 hours with no workouts scheduled.
