Training and Such

Last week was week #4 I think of solid training. 21 hours or so with 2 strength workouts and a missed swim workout.

Solid all around. Friday - Sunday I trained but felt less than optimal. I still put in the time, but the effort was a little easier than planned. I seem to have been stricken with some kind of head congestion. It has stayed in my head as flip turns prove that. NeilMed sinus rinse is a lifesaver and can keep the drugs away. Drugs as in go see the doctor and get antibiotics.

Monday I slept in and skipped an easy bike. I'm focusing on maintaining the training and getting incrementally 'better' feeling. Today I feel about 90%. I swam pretty hard and will run solid. Tomorrow, I should be back to at least 95%.

Next week is an easy week.
