This evening's workout was not much fun at all. And by not fun at all I mean it really sucked. 9x4min is a hard enough workout to begin with but for some reason the PE seemed even higher tonight. As I was slugging through it, I composed a little letter for Paulo. It went something like this:

Dear Paulo,

I hate you.

Yours truly,

Andrew


There were also some choice words in there but we'll omit those. Of course afterwards looking over power file it turned out to be a pretty good workout, but Paulo doesnt get off that easy.
