Can he do it again on Stage 12 of the Tour de France?

That' s the question that most folks are asking about Mark Cavendish who seems to be unbeatable when it comes to the sprinter' s stages like the upcoming stage 12.

Or could stage 12 of the Tour de France finally be just hilly enough that a breakaway succeeds?

The 211.5-kilometer (131.4-mile) stage will head from Tonnerre to Vittel, the city known for bottled water and the name of the bottled water company that sponsors the Tour De France. Tonnerre has never hosted the Tour while Vittel has done so six times in the past.

So will Mark Cavendish do it again?
