After a few difficult weeks I am finally back up to speed! This morning we swam 5km with 30x50m best average on 40 seconds...hard set! I started out with 34's and realized it may be a little fast so i swam 35's and 36's for the rest. I like couldn't feel what i was doing for the last 6! But it was a really good swim. When I got home I went straight to unpacking my bike from the weekend and straight to the bike workout. It was 2hrs with 2x10 min threshold. We went out to sooke for a hilly loop resembling the course in Lausanne for worlds. I held onto the pack of simon, kyle, colin DJ and nick. It was a great ride for me. Joel was nice enough to drive me back as the ride was going too long for my planned workout. After i got home and ate it was time for a 30 minute easy run at the lake...tried to ice my lake after but the water was too warm! (that's always a good thing though for swimming!) that's it for today! Great day!
