Kona

Have you ever wanted to watch the the big league boys and girls compete in Kona at the Ironman World Championships but you just didn't have the money for the trip to Hawaii?

Well now is your chance to get to the big show for only $5 USD which includes, "two roundtrip tickets, four nights at a hotel, and VIP passes to the Ford Ironman World Championships Oct. 9-12.," according to the Louisville Courier-Journal.

The local OLdham Business Chamber of Commerce along with the Bank Oldham County are raffling two VIP tickets two Kona, plus all the stuff you need to get to and stay at the race with the proceeds going to support the Ford Ironman competition that goes through Oldham county---in other words Ironman Louisville.

The drawing will be held on August 30th during the race, and you if you could be on your way to Kona.

Do you need to live in Oldham county to purchase the raffle tickets?

We suspect not, but you can check with the bank and/or the Oldham Chamber of Commerce.
