An easy 1500 in the pool including 400 with the band only. Not too bad.
Tomorrow morning is the ATC saturday ride, a nice swim, and a transition run with strides.
I've been nursing some sore ribs since before Richard's Bay. My google.com diagnosis says it's costocondritis. That's a big fancy word for rib pain. Don't know what caused it, but the only fix is to suck it up and wait it out. So, that's what I'll do.
