Disgusting Range

Woah, I am so tired today. As usual, the hard workouts kick my butt not the next day, but the day after that. Do you notice that about your hard workouts? I've already decided to go out and run with the group, but that means a 5 mile bike ride to the place where we'll meet up and then back home. And I am not sure I have that in me in addition to a run.

Overall, though, I am feeling great. I see myself getting back into shape. My abs are flatter, and my jeans are not as tight. Although, the same obnoxious and rude 140lbs stares me straight in the eye from the scale. As Dr. Spaceman says in 30Rock, the best show ever: "Your weight for your height puts you in what we call 'The Disgusting Range'." Hehe.

Three months until the marathon, and I can't wait until the full-on training kicks in...when I am strong enough to not have the crap kicked out of me just by one track meet.
