CrossFit Games Open Workout 13.5

Final workout of the Open. Bittersweet, because I skipped 13.4 while we were in Breckenridge - the altitude and family time conspired to keep me from attempting it., and also because the Open is just about over. 13.5 is an interesting workout, as it doesn't really have an option for beginners to score well; if you can't do chest to bar pull-ups, and I can't, you're done after the first round of thrusters (if you can do 100# thrusters that is).

It was pretty amazing to watch Rich Froning complete his workout -- 12 minutes of pure strength, pacing himself and never giving up, really impressive.

My goal is 16 reps - the 15 thrusters and a chest to bar. Considering I can't yet do an unassisted pull-up, that would be a magnificent feat for me.
