I've done wall balls before and struggle with the 20 pound ball, so to get through 150 of them would be a great accomplishment for me - I know I can get them done, the question is whether 12 minutes is enough time. Double-unders are a skill I am slowly picking up, but also doable if time permits. I've never done a muscle-up before -- it consists of hanging on rings, then pulling yourself up through a dip into locked arms at the top. Would love to get to try one!
