Part 1 of the Craig Alexander video interview at the 2008 Life Time Fitness Triathlon. It was great to interview Crowie just about a year after I first interviewed him (all videos at youtube.com/iwilltri) which also marks the first day I started on this crazy triathlon video journey. This is only part 1 of what will probably be 5 parts, so stay tuned in as he discusses his season, training, the path towards a 2nd place in his first Ironman World Championships in Kona, and his views on the Olympics.
