I first “met” Jason and his wife Karen through blogging, twitter, emails, and Facebook. He is a 2 time Ironman who is going for number 3 at IMTX in May.
Anyway, the interview is in 2 parts, each is about 15 minutes. He and I talk about all sorts of things, from Ironman training, to nutrition , to duct tape , to dogs .
A random aside – I am not sure what is going on with my eyes in these interviews, I couldn’t see myself on the screen so I look a little shifty.
I am not shifty. Trust me.
Here is Part I (and HERE is the link that Jason refers to about duct tape).
I was interviewed this week by Jason over at Cook Train Eat Race . It was a lot of fun!

He even made his way all the way to Caratunk this summer to meet Porter and play on the river!
