As well today I have been pondering....is sleep overrated? I have been told and have read over and over that sleep is the key to weight loss. But how much sleep? Everything I read is 6-8 hours. I certainly don't get this much sleep. I wake up very very early- usually 4:30AM to hit the gym.....but.....is this being counterproductive? I am so confused.
So I ask you....weigh in on my sleep question? How much sleep is enough sleep?
