Bikram yoga is something else... and I am lost somewhere between traditional yoga and Bikram.
Of the different places that I practiced Bikram yoga, I enjoyed the most a small studio in Ft. Collins, CO. It wasn't baking hot, it had a spa feel to it, there was good, quiet music in the background, and we did the Bikram yoga sequence during which the instructor would suggest different variations for people of different levels. It was very much unlike the yoga studio in Old Town in San Diego, which is more like a very hot and super strict military school.
Anyway, in the end it's what makes you happy. To each their own. I know, Captain Obvious in the house! What-What???!
