As a speaker, author and coach, I have dabbled in health and performance for as long as I could remember – but until two years ago, had never really given serious thought to my calling in life or come to a lasting conclusion about what I actually wanted to accomplish and be remembered for.
However, after much serious thought and inner reflection, I discovered that my true desire in life is to equip over one million people with the knowledge and tools necessary to defy the status quo of human health and performance potential, and to achieve peak capacity of physical, mental and spiritual success.
But when it comes to finding such success, you and I are fighting an uphill battle.
The sad fact is that most of us live our lives at just a fraction of our peak capacity, completely powerless to tap into our full potential or to achieve our goals as quickly and safely as possible. Sure, we may have some components in place, such as exercising every day or doing a good job controlling stress, but how many of us have truly optimized our performance, fat loss, recovery, digestion, brain, sleep and hormones?
How many of us have found the ultimate balance of health, energy and life?
