Wednesday. Things have been busy this week already. Got in a couple of swims, a few runs, a couple of rides, a couple of coaching sessions, did some programs, drove a total of 5 hours to help Dad move into their new house. Not all of that was today, but that's what's been done this week.
Monday - easy swim, bike, run Tuesday - lots of coaching stuff, LCM workout at UT, Tmill run with some pick ups Wednesday - Bike workout that was not done yesterday, 2.5 hours of driving, 3-4 hours of moving, 2.5 hours of driving, 12 miles of running including the dreaded Wednesday track workout
Nothing like finishing a track workout at 8:45pm. A mix of 1200s and 800s that were faster than anything so far this year. LT speed is there, speed speed is not. This workout challenged me, but speed speed is not quite necessary for the 1/2 IM.
