As you can tell it is the day's training plan for a triathlete.
As it happens this is a training plan for a professional triathlete. And that triathlete is Linsey Corbin...who is training in Arizona.
The first person to correctly ID the pro triathlete was Chad...who'll now get a DVD copy of our 2010 Ironman World Championships movie " 17 Hours ".
