The last couple of weeks have been full of running and swimming. The longest run thus far has been 12 miles. And I use swimming for its yoga-like effects - to relax me, balance me, and prevent injuries.
When I go back to San Diego in a few weeks, I am going to take up power yoga. There is a studio right by my apartment - so convenient!!! I've always wanted to try this kind of yoga. I've heard it's similar to Bikram's... how true that is I'll let you know when I find out.
AAAH, there are so many things I'd like to do. I'm excited!
