Bio

I was a high school and collegiate athlete. I ran long distance, trained triathlons, and was a bodybuilder for ten years. I studied physical education, kinesiology and nutrition at university and became a "fitness trainer" at a Powerhouse Gym in Detroit. I gave up all other forms of exercise when I began studying under Grandmaster Victor ShengLong Fu in October of 2003. I have pursued my study and practice very diligently since then, and now teach all levels of Fu Style Tai Chi, as well as Fu Style Liang-Yi, Hsing-Yi, Baji Chuan; I teach BaGua Zhang, but as it is the most difficult physical movement on the planet, I do not profess to be a master of BaGua. I am a professional skier, sponsored by several product vendors. I want you to learn Tai Chi.
