I began to study Tai Chi as a Martial Art in the mid seventies. Over the years my interest in Tai Chi has shifted to the health benefits that regular practice offers. The slow graceful movements, the deep breathing and focused awareness all serve to quiet the mind and soul. Tai Chi Chuan is a wonderful ancient art form and the perfect response to our fast paced, stressful culture.
