I am a mother of 3 beautiful children. I have a 13 year old daughter, 5 year old son, and a 7 year old son. I do Massage Therapy for a living and am set for school to study skin care and become an esthetician as well. In the mean time, I am on a mission to change my lifestyle all together for myself and my family. I  want to eat better and exercise and stay healthy.
