I have a thyroid stimulating hormone of 30.86 and a Free T4 level of 11.8. How good or bad is this?

on thyroxine 200mcg one day and 150mcg next also suffer with rheumatoid artritis

30 is pretty high and can cause all sorts of symptoms like fatigue, hair loss, muscle pain, the list goes on and on. I feel for you because mine is over 30 right now too. The doctor just added cytomel to my regimin, so hopefully that will help. But the answer to your question is 30 is very jigh. Do you still have your thyroid or has it been removed?
